1.2 License Keys and Seat Allocation
- License Keys: License keys are tied to your email ID.
- Seat Allocation: Seats are allocated per Mac Address. Purchasing one seat grants usage on one device.
1.3 Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute: Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Misuse of Product Name: Misrepresent, misname, or use the product name in a defamatory or misleading manner.
- Unauthorized Use: Use the Software for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
2. Third-Party Services
2.1 AI Conversations
The Software facilitates conversations with AI services provided by third-party providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
2.2 Third-Party Agreements
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective usage agreements. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms and conditions of these providers.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokus LLC or RabbitHoles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:
- Use of AI Services: Any damages or misuse arising from interactions with AI services.
- Software Performance: Any loss or damage due to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or any failure of performance of the Software.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a Particular Purpose
- Non-Infringement
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lokus LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Software, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

7. Refund Policy
